Ultra-Pure Water Machine reverse osmosis principle involves applying pressure greater than the natural osmotic pressure on the raw water side, forcing water molecules to reverse permeate from the high concentration side to the low concentration side. Since the pore size of the reverse osmosis membrane is far smaller than that of viruses and bacteria (hundreds to thousands of times smaller), various viruses, bacteria, heavy metals, soluble solids, organic pollutants, calcium and magnesium ions, etc., cannot pass through the reverse osmosis membrane, thereby achieving water purification.
Ultra-Pure Water Equipment uses multi-media filters, activated carbon filters, and safety filters as pre-treatment to effectively remove suspended solids,泥沙, particles, organic silicone colloids, organic matter, odors, residual chlorine, and other impurities from the raw water, making the treated raw water meet the inlet requirements for reverse osmosis.

1. High working pressure, no leakage: The module uses rubber O-rings for multi-layer sealing, ensuring high pressure resistance and no leakage.
2. No chemical usage: The concentrated water is filled with patented resin, reducing membrane resistance, so the system does not require concentrated water circulation or salt injection. The freshwater chamber is filled with layered resin, which is more conducive to the removal of weak electrolytes.
3. Simple system, simple piping: Only three pipes are needed (inlet water pipe, product water pipe, and concentrated water pipe), with no circulation pump or salt injection system; programmable controller, low system construction cost, and maintenance expenses.
4. Concentrated water recovery: The quality of the concentrated water is better than that of the raw water and can be recycled to the RO system for reuse.
5. Other advantages: The system does not inject salt, so it does not produce gases that damage the internal structure of the module or pollute the surrounding environment. Independent module power control allows for maintenance of a single module without affecting the normal operation of other modules.
